It was very good. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was also very responsive. I like him a lot. I thought he was great. He charged me $139 for the initial visit. If you call him to come check the traps or reset the traps, it’s another 40 bucks each time they come. The pricing was comparable. It was fine. I don’t have any complaints. He came out the same day that I called.

After finding ONE mouse in my house today, my husband called Hand M and asked if they could come "quickly" since I was sort of freaking out. They called a little before 10 a.m. and said they were on their way. When they arrived we talked about what they would be doing - setting traps with peanut butter in the house. I told them our oldest has a peanut allergy and they said that they'd set with Slim Jims instead so that it would be safe for my daughter. (As an allergy mom...that was amazing!). I knew where one mouse was hanging out and could hear it, so eventually they removed it from the house and continued to set about 20 traps. They also reassured me that the one lone mouse was likely all we would find but if we needed them to come out again and reset traps they would do that (for a very reasonable cost). I was VERY impressed with their level of professionalism and service. As much as I don't want to ever need an exterminator again, if I did I would definitely use Hand M.

We have dealt with them for many years. They are great people. They are easy to talk to. They work with you and explain things in great detail. They take care of property. If they have to cut something or do anything, they talk to you first.

They are fantastic, punctual and reasonable. This company is also thorough and I will use them again in the future.

We have had H and M take care of many different pest problems over many years. They are very professional, friendly and efficient.
Communication about appointments and arrival times is great.
