GutterDome Great Lakes

GutterDome is a faulty product, and the company does not stand behind it. The product does not allow rain water to enter the gutters. Instead, water rolls over the edge of the GutterDome and pools on the ground, damaging the landscaping and threatening the foundation. Employees came out twice to resolve the problem but neither attempt solved the problem. Water continued to roll over the edge and land on the ground, rather than flowing into the gutters like it's supposed to. The product came with a "100% warranty" which the company did not honor. After eight months of unreturned calls and emails, we finally complained to the Better Business Bureau. GutterDome still did not resolve the problem. At that point, we paid someone to remove the GutterDome from our house and haul it to the landfill where it belongs. We then filed a lawsuit and won in May of 2014. However, GutterDome still has not paid the judgment. The court has ruled that GutterDome needs to pay us for our loss, but GutterDome refuses to pay. It is now September, and they still have not paid the judgment against them. Do not do business with GutterDome!
