My account was put on suspension 2- 3 years ago ( I called to cancel and they talked me into suspension). There is no service and no bills to this house since. I got notice that they started charging $75.00 a month starting 11/7/2022 and that I owed $300.00. I called several times to billing. They told me I had to pay it period. I think this is unethical for a company to behave this way and charge even though there was no service. I paid it so they would not ruin my credit rating. I told them to cancel the account. I think they owe me an apology and $300.00.

They came out and put in the alarm system about a month ago. I am still getting used to it. A couple of times the police have come out to make sure everything was alright. It was recommended to me by my son. He has had one in his house for years and wanted me to have one as well. I do feel safer with it. The tech that came out to install it was very nice and he introduced himself and went to work. He was very efficient and was very polite.
