Derek was very good at the beginning during the quoting process. He answered in a timely manner and offered appropriate suggestions. My mistake was not getting all of this in writing. Because of rain, the project didn't start on a timely manner, not his fault at all. At the end of it, I received sticker shock because the project was $1,000 more then we had discussed. He said he hadn't included the cost of the extra dirt and hydraseed in the original quote. Now, I have a level yard but, full of weeds - making the $1,000 even more painful.
