Grand Finale

We kept hearing noises in the attic at night and thought it was mice or possibly squirrels. Called an exterminator to look and was promptly told it definitely wasn't mice. He referred us to Mark who came out promptly and on time. He was able to determine that bats were in our attic and the noises we were hearing was the bats shifting position. He determined where the bats were getting into the attic and formulated a "bat door" so they could get out but not back in. He also sealed a few other potential entry points. Once spring arrived, he removed the "door" and installed a better cover to prevent bats from re-entering. He even cleaned up the attic of all droppings (the most expensive part). Service was expensive but worth it. He was easy to contact, professional in approach, and thoroughly explained each step of the process.
