Saturday morning I found that my half bath toilet was leaking into the finished basement and spoiling ceiling tiles. I called a number of places on Angies list to make sure i was getting a good price. I left messages with all until I got to Goodall. The phone was answered, I was told that he could come by noon and the cost would be $95 unless he found extra damage. 11:55 he showed up, spread cloths and went to work. He found that the builder had not allowed for the proper height on the toilet flange to account for hardwood floor, promptly cut the old flange out, cemented in a new flange, put in a new wax ring and reinstalled the toilet. 45 minutes later he is packed up and leaving. This is a guy who knows what to do, has the materials and tools to do it, works diligently to get the job done and charges a fair price
