The job went very, very well from quote to install. On time and on budget which is always great!
They provided me with a couple of options for different levels of efficiency which let me make some decisions about how much I was willing to pay for extra efficiency. Answered all the questions that I had very clearly.
The final install was completed in less than 3 weeks from the date of the quote and went according to plan. They walked me through a few details on site (routing for new exhaust and new propane line) and worked with me to balance the best location performance wise versus where it would look best. The guys worked hard and everything went well from my point of view.
Building inspector came by yesterday for inspection of the job and could not find anything wrong with the job and seemed pleased with the way that they had done the install and buttoned everything up well.
All in all, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
