I, 70 yr old woman on a fixed income, with a son living with cancer. he is sick constantly from cancer and its medications & sleeps on air mattress on the floor. the heat makes him feel so much worse. I scraped together money to buy him a window unit & a mattress, & needed someone to pick them up and install unit. I called A plus bldg. maintenance, told my story, got a price of $350, then called Roger@ Girts Home Improvement & he said he would do it for $100. the job took much longer than thought because he had to do some wood work to the window to install the AC unit. it was almost 3 full hours and he still did all the work for the $100. THIS GUYS HEART IS MUCH BIGGER THAN HE WANTS YOU TO MAKE HIS WALLET. Thank you so much Roger, thanks to your kindness my son slept like a baby, nice and cool on a new mattress. Gloria from Florida

Kept right to the estimate. Took a little longer, but came every day. None of the "I have another project" stuff and leave you in a mess. Work was great, even did some custom work on cabnets. Countertops are great. Moved sink and dishwasher. Love it.
