Left construction debris and spilled concrete in lawn which was in the contract to clean up. 6. Didn't install gutters and downspouts per contract 7. Didn't reseed lawn per contract 8. Didn't repair wallpaper he damaged and put hole in screens on back screened porch. 9. Didn't do finishing work after fireplace marble installed to cover exposed brick. 10. Sloppy work on crown molding installation
