I was told my move would cost $800.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment. It ended up being $1800.00 CASH. If someone hadn't been with me I wouldn't have been able to pay. I'm a 67 year old retired woman and feel I was taken advantage of. I would NEVER recommend or use this service again. I will say the younger man was very kind and helpful. The older one is the one that charged me that very large amount. I was totally shocked.

Was given a detailed estimate. Price charged was almost double that estimate. Movers who showed up at my house were not the movers who completed the job. As they rotated people in and out the new people were not informed as to what was supposed to happen. They added a third person for their convenience not mine and then instead of charging me the $80 an hour contracted charged me $120 an hour. I was supposed to pay approximately 280. They, with the cash discount, ended up at $450 and acted like they did me a favor. Never ever ever again. Have reached out to the office for an explanation and have never received a phone call back.

The guys from Fox Relocation Services were extremely professional, timely, worked hard, and most importantly, made sure our belongings made the move in one piece. Can't recommend these guys enough! Heard nightmares about other area moving companies, including some of the more prominent ones. Glad I did my research and found these guys. You can't beat the $85 an hour price either.

Very prompt. Called to confirm the day before move and also 15 minutes before arrival. Very courteous and professional. Very careful with furniture and careful with newly refinished floor when moved things back in. Brought good padding and wrap to keep furniture safe during a week in the garage. Worked steadily and efficiently. Fox has a reasonable 2-hour minimum. Done slightly within that time.

Better than expected. They were so quick, efficient, and careful with our things. We had quite a few heavy items and three flights of stairs to our new place. It was also a very hot and humid day in Toledo. However, they worked non-stop and efficiently to get everything moved plus more. They treated all of our items with respect, big and small. Really happy with the service.

Some of the items that were moved were broken. I haven't unpacked all of the boxes. They did not use bubble wrap on the fragile things, just regular tissue paper. The owner's daughter admited she wrapped what was broken. Some of the labels were mislabeled and because of this, I haven't been able to locate my jewelry. One of the movers dropped the sound bar we use. They said they were in a hurry because they had another job. I've been trying to contact them twice now, with no response. He threatened to take me to BBB because of all of this that has happened. The movers put a nice, oriental rug behind the sofa and they scuffed the wall.

Fox Relocation services did a very good job and were really reasonable. They were really nice and came on time. We had a lot of boxes and heavy lifting. They did all that. Carried it up 15 stairs into an apartment. They were very courteous. It was very nice.

Daughter had furniture and other possessions in an apartment in Toledo and some in a house that we own there. Based on phone call, the estimated cost was consistent with an estimate from another company. Company sent a man to the apartment to count boxes and major furniture to make a better estimate but did not go to the house.
Two men arrived with a rental truck on the day of the move, picked up items at both the apartment and house and headed for Columbus. Daughter and son-in-law remained in Toledo to oversee the move and to clean the apartment before driving to Columbus.

My wife and I waited at the house in Columbus to receive the furniture. The truck arrived late in the afternoon, and some of the unloading was done in darkness.
The men were prompt, friendly, and courteous, and the charge was within the estimated range. One of the major pieces of bedroom furniture sustained a damaged corner and some scratches. Daughter says that when she pointed that out to them, they said that the damage was there when they picked it up. Since the furniture had been new just a few months earlier and had not been moved after it was delivered, this seems unlikely.
The company appears to be quite small. When they arrived in Columbus, I was surprised to see that they were using a rental truck. Also, they could not accept a credit card in payment, and didn't want a personal check. So, I needed to make a quick run to the credit union for a cashier's check. I would have done that earlier in the day, but I didn't get the exact amount of the bill until they arrived in Columbus late in the afternoon.
In future, I would deal with a larger, more established company.

The young men helping facilitate the "move" were professional and careful with the contents of our move.

We selected the company from the phone book -- chosen in part because of the fact that the advertisement said that they catered to senior citizens.
