Took my expensive watch for service pay top dollar for the service and they didn't do it they returned my watch defective and said to take it to the manufacturer so I paid hundreds of dollars and the watch is worse than ever, not serious people working in there the manager was a conman, DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY THERE FOR REPAIRS you will b sorry.

Horrible service. I always have to call them and they never call me. They always make excuses every time you call of why they didn't do what they said they were going to do. Took sons Ipad Mini 2 there to get the screen replaced. They broke the LCD trying to replace. Ordered a new LCD and said it was defective. Ordered another LCD and they said it was defective. Then they said they ordered me a refurbished one to replace it... I dropped it off on 12-26-16 and as of 1-13-17 I still don't have my Ipad. I just called and they said the manager is off and they can't help me... REDICULOUS...
