+ -1 moreJob was supposed to take 5 days and took nearly 4 weeks. After we found several mistakes, we had to double check the work every night and give them a list the next morning. Crew didn't clean up after themselves - nails in driveway, garbage on roof, insulation in lawn and bushes, etc. When I spoke with the salesman, Brice, about the problem, he assured me that something would be done to solve the problem - no improvement. When we spoke with the project manager, Ed, it was the same "we'll take care of it" response - he did not. Job did eventually did get done right. Basically, we were extremely disappointed with the amount of time and hassle this home improvement cost us. What should have been an exciting purchase has left us feeling like we were treated very poorly.
