I'm still looking for a house in the Ottawa Hills area, but Effler stopped sending me listings for some reason. I asked him to change the parameters of my house search, and it doesn't seem he has done so. For the last couple weeks, he hasn't answered my emails or contacted me at all.

"Cynthia, We had one phone conversation and a couple follow up emails. In no time did we enter into a buyer broker representation agreement. We have not viewed any property together nor have we met in person. This may be the most petty and ridiculous review I have ever received. Please refrain from contacting myself or my company for future needs, best to you in your home search."

David and Daniel Effler were wonderful to work with in selling my home. It was a smooth process. They are very knowledgeable of the homes in the area and really understand the market. Highly organized and patient in answering many questions, David and Daniel are just all around great people. Their photographer is amazing as well as their staff. I highly recommend working with them.

They were both extremely helpful and personable, and had an encyclopedic knowledge of realestate in this area. David's experience, especially, was clearly evident in our work with them. We ended up with a great house in a great neighborhood at a price well-within what we were looking for. When it comes time to move on I'll definitely be using Effler/Schmidt again.

Dave Effler and at least two of his sons helped with this process. I would use them for any and all possible real estate transactions in the future. They are just a top rate company to work with! Their prices were very reasonable.
