They were excellent. I called on a Saturday and they arrived promptly. They did not charge additional labor or part cost for weekend labor, which is common among many of the larger garage door repair companies in Northwest Ohio. The repair work was excellent and the repairman was extremely polite and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased. I will be recommending Doctor Door to family, friends, and colleagues.
