They charged the price they quoted in the estimate.  Able to do the installation with in a week or so of the estimate.  They were on time for the scheduled installation and completed it in less time than expected.  They were very polite.  Cleaned up everything when they were done.

Overall, the service is outstanding. They are very honest and reliable. They are a really good company.

They asked us to put the temperature up a few degrees to see if there was a change in the furnace and make sure it was heating up properly. They called us before hand and said they were on their way and got here fast than I expected. They seem like they are good, we will find out in the next few weeks and this winter if things go as expected. We will be upset if things don't go as planned, but we don't expect that. They were pretty responsive.

They coordinated with the roofers, so they functioned around the roofers" schedule as well as their own. They studied the way the unit was currently placed on the roof and determined a more efficient way to setup a new system. They removed the old unit at an appropriate time for the roofers as the roofers had to work to repair the roof where the old unit had set. They then returned after the roof was repaired, though the roof wasn't completed and set up a new base for the unit. They returned again to place a temporary, metal cover on the site for the new unit. They then returned to place the new unit, coordinated with the crane operator and then setup the new unit. In other words, this was not a straight forward installation. But, they evaluated what needed to be done, created a new, more practical approach to the setup of the new unit and they worked in coordination with another company. Everything went very smoothly and they kept me aware of when they would arrive, what they would do each time they arrived, and how the overall process would work. They were exactly what we needed in order to do this job.

The company was very quick to respond, completed the work professionally and quickly. I have recommended this company to several other people and everyone has been very pleased with their work.
