I had an appointment at 3 pm and the stylist didn't get to me until around 3:35. The receptionist at the front told me that she was running behind after I was already waiting for 20 minutes. The stylist was very nice, but cut my hair way too short. It looks fine in the front, but not in the back. I don't think that I will be coming back here in the future.

It was awesome!

David Broadway Salon and Spa use good products, have reasonable pricing and I am satisfied with them.

Barb left this place to become a nurse after this month. She was an outstanding stylist and gave excellent hair cuts.
I have been coming to this location for probably 20 years.
Ginger did the one step color and is very pleasant and careful. Excellent work.
The cost seemed to be getting higher over the years and buying gift cards to help
wound up causing me to lose track of the increasing charges.
The atmosphere is always nice, coffee or tea, head massage with shampoo,
smock given for protection. It always took about 2 hours.
I had other stylists in the past who were also good but left eventually for other
work opportunities. I have been given an apptmt for this month with a lower cost lady
there who does both the color and the cut. I am not sure how that will go but it
is supposed to be $65.00, which is significantly less. I am told the high end people will not
share color recipes with the low end stylists so I guess I won't get the same color
formula, which makes no sense to me being the same building and owner.

They were very professional. I had issues with them. I purchased a package through them like for somebody's facial and at the time I purchased them, they didn't tell me it was worth one specific person and her schedule and my schedule just did not match. It took me quite a lot of talking to managers etc etc to be able to go to anybody I wanted to. I don't mean to undermine the person themselves because they were very very good, it was just the overall salon policy and I haven't been back. I would not use them in the future.
