creative evolution Tile & Terrazzo Ltd.

NOTHING went right from start to finish.They didn't start when they were supposed to. When they did , they cut themselves short on tile (made cutting mistakes and didn't have enough tile to recut). We checked between the glass people and tile people to make sure whatever needed to be done for the glass and door we wanted, would be right. It wasn't. We now have NO door or upper glass. I noticed mistakes (and I'm not a tiler), I brought it to Kevin's attention, he told me it would look different when they were done. It took much longer than they said it would. They srewed up on the backsplash on the whirlpool tub and it had to be torn out and redrywalled ...so they could do it over. The workers did not keep things cleaned up. Honestly we just couldn,t wait to get them out of there. It was supposed to be guaranteed for a year....well we had some problems. It took me forever to get a call from Kevin(I called and emailed numerous times). He finally came out and said he would take care of it. About 4 weeks later(again after numerous calls and emails)he informed me that he was out of business.   Go figure!  DON'T use this company!
