I filed a BBB complaint and that was ignored. Tried filing a complaint with the state Attorney General's office but could not because the BBB complaint was open. They will not replace the window unless I pay the b$ 85 fee. After being lied to, called a liar, been ignored, and spending 12 weeks trying to get this recoiffed the fee should just go away BUT customer satisfaction isn't in their vocabulary and apparently is not high on their list of business practices.

Would we use them again if we need replacement windows? DEFINITELY NOT.
Would we recommend them for replacement windows and doors? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
