+ -1 moreI filed a BBB complaint and that was ignored. Tried filing a complaint with the state Attorney General's office but could not because the BBB complaint was open. They will not replace the window unless I pay the b$ 85 fee. After being lied to, called a liar, been ignored, and spending 12 weeks trying to get this recoiffed the fee should just go away BUT customer satisfaction isn't in their vocabulary and apparently is not high on their list of business practices. Would we use them again if we need replacement windows? DEFINITELY NOT. Would we recommend them for replacement windows and doors? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Description of Work: Called me a liar and was lied to and then ignored. Called the 5 times over a 4 week period for a warranty replacement. Was told their system had no record of me ever calling and that their voice mail and caller ID system must have had something wrong with it. At this point it is now almost 12 weeks later and I still do not have a replacement window. We had 6 windows installed in 1999. Within the first 8 years they were all replaced. The window I am trying to get replaced now is the second time for one of those. The first time these were replaced their was a $35.00 charge. The fee has increased to $85.00.
