COIT CARPET & DRAPERY CLEANING

I was very happy with Coit. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of my original call for information, and they did everything they said they would. I got a call the morning of my appointment with an approximate time of arrival, and another call 15-20 minutes before to confirm they were on their way. The technician was friendly and professional, and worked fast! They cleaned the carpet in 3 different rooms in about an hour from start to finish, and explained everything. The dog smell that had permeated our carpets is gone, as well as most stains (although the ground-in dirt I was hoping to get out on a major walkway on a light colored carpet is still there, just not quite as bad). I would definitely call them again.

There was excellent communication. Everything was done within the time window told to us. The young man who did the work did an excellent job making our carpet look good again. We chose Coit because the company cleaned our carpet several years ago, and did an exemplary job, We are most pleased that continues to provide such and excellent level of service!

They did a fantastic job with the work!

They did a great job. The way they cleaned the carpet was good, where it wasn't left too wet. They cleaned up after themselves. They put plastic squares underneath the legs of tables and furniture. They were real friendly and had great customer service.

Technician arrived and measured all rooms and gave me a price. The price for the cleaning was close to the estimate I had received over the phone based on information I supplied regarding room sizes. I had not received an estimate for the spray protection or odor treatments. I did not require the odor treatments but did request the spray protector. The spray was 20 cents a square foot which seemed high to me. Technician said it would take about two and a half hours and it did. He was professional and pleasant and did a good job. The only problem that I see with them is that they won't give you a specific time when they will start. They call you the day of the work and give you a time. That makes it difficult to plan ahead.

Communication was very good for both visits-estimate and cleaning. John the cleaning tech was very professional and explained each step in the process. He wanted to know what he had to do to improve over the previous service which I thought was an excellent question and helped set the expectations. The other great thing he did was recalculate the price since I had cleared all furniture out of the room--nice surprise! Great job cleaning!!! We will use Coit again!!

Serviceman came earlier than expected. Checked and measured all the areas to be cleaned. He then went to work in a very professional manner and was able to remove some tough spots. I was throughly impressed with the work throughout his time here.

They were wonderful. They did a great job. They were very professional. He walked through the house with us and explained the procedure to us. I was surprised that it was just one guy that came to do the work. We did move some furniture, and I was surprised to see that he moved it a little more. He came when he said he would. He listened to my questions.

We had a problem with a spot once and they came back and redid it for nothing and they got it all out.

I heard about this company from radio advertising. They were running a 30% off promotion. I had already obtained 2 other quotes from other companies, and Coit did come in at about 30% less than those quotes so I was happy and gave them a try. The quote for cleaning an arm chair/ ottoman was too high so I did not have that done. Everything went well. The scheduler was nice, and I was able to get on the schedule within a few days. You do have to choose a 4 hour window. Then they call on the day of the cleaning to give a more specific time. John, the technician, was professional and nice. He clearly worked hard and did a fair estimate as far as square footage. I didn't have to move any furniture, which was helpful since it is enough work picking up all of my kids' toys and paraphernalia. The carpets dried quickly and looked very clean. We didn't really have any stains, except for a couple spots of smeared paint my husband made. The tech treated them and took care to make sure I kept the kids away. The paint didn't come out, but did fade a little. The stairs clearly looked better after cleaning. I was a little worried when some of the frieze type carpet dried with lumps or ridges. But a company rep reassured me that this happens sometimes, and it did flatten back out within a day.

WORKER ARRIVED ON TIME AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF. HE ASKED IF WE HAD ANY SPECIFIC AREAS THAT NEEDED SPECIAL ATTENTION, WE SAID NO, THE CARPET JUST NEEDED AN OVERALL CLEANING. HE THEN MEASURED ALL AREAS TO BE CLEANED AND ASKED IF WE WANTED STAIN GUARD, WE SAID YES. A WRITTEN ESTIMATE WAS PROVIDED FOR ALL WORK TO BE DONE. THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE AND AND WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS OR AREAS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AGAIN. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT AND WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

They did a great job and they were on time. They do a follow up call to see if you are satisfied. There were a few things that I thought they had missed, so they came out and redid that area for no extra cost. They are not inexpensive.
