They did a great job. He smelled great, cut was perfect! This was his first time at this groomer as we are new to the area. It was definitely a good decision! We have found our new groomer!

My dog was over due to get groomed want to Angie's List found Clip N Dales called and got appointment (I was calling before I want to Angie's List of some local groomers no one ever answered) We were greeted and she explained everything that was going to be done and when I picked her up she had a little scarf on her neck they did a great job on my dog. I was very pleased and plan on taking her back next month for another grooming. Plus they were localed only 10 blocks from my house I was a very satisfied customer. Thank You Angie :)

They were professional from the phone call to the finish.
They were prompt, the shop was clean and cute, with accessories and treats available for purchase. They make it clear they are a training facility and if you don't want your dog worked on by a trainee, all you have to do is say so. The pricing is fair and clearly on display and they tell you what services are included in the pricing.
Toby came out clean, neatly trimmed and happy. He was not at all frightened even though he had never been there before. He looked great and smelled clean and everything was done exactly as they said it would.
I would recommend this business and will go back.

My lab is eight and this was the best dog grooming experience we've encountered. I am sorry I didn't find Debbie and her staff years ago. Personally I haven't found caring dog groomers. Actually they seemed annoyed and that made me wonder what kind of care my dog was getting. My first impression was on the phone and Debbie was so gracious and professional. When I got there it only took a few minutes to check in. I knew I was on to something good because there were about 5 customers in line behind me and that was at 8 am. Needless to say, my dog was extremely nervous. She bolted out the door to my car as they took her back. They were so understanding and took great care of her. They made a point to get her groomed right away so she wouldn't be nervously waiting. Who does that these days! Just 2 hours later I picked her up she looked beautiful. Seriously the best experience I've had. Andi was my dog's groomer and she was terrific. Just received a thank you note today from Andi for the business. From start to finish the customer service was outstanding. I strongly recommend Clip N Dales. I am a happy customer.

1st puppy grooming. They handled my 12 week old puppy very well..even though he was a nipper. Great cut and service. Will definitely use again.
