"We're so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the carpet we installed several years ago. Our customer service log indicates that in March, 2014 we responded to your concerns to adjust the carpet at a transition strip. Our follow-up log indicates that the issue was resolved to your satisfaction in a timely manner. There are no further concerns entered in our system to date. Although it is indicated that you would not consider shopping with us ever again, we would still like to investigate the warranty on the carpet you say is wearing poorly. If you're willing, please call us so we can schedule an inspection. We apologize for our installer using his cell phone on the job, and we are truly sorry that we had to hear of your disappointment this way."

"Following the July 2016 complaint, corrections were made to adjust the seam issues. The customer advised us that if he was not happy with the results he would certainly let us know. No further complaint was made until this message on Angie's list yesterday. Our customer service department called and left a message for the customer today. Although we never guarantee invisible seams, we certainly want to make corrections if we can improve on the appearance of carpet. We truly regret that this customer felt abandoned by us. We're not that kind of company!"
