I learned of this company through Angie's List and they (actually one person, Tony, the owner) were very quick to respond. I told Tony what I needed to have cleaned, and he quoted an approximate price (the actual cost was very close). He said he would call back in a few days to schedule an appointment the next week, which he did. We scheduled the appointment and he called one hour ahead and said he was running a little early... which was fine with me. The whole job was done in a little over two hours. The carpets were cleaned better than they had ever been before... and there was very little water left to dry. Tony was friendly, honest, professional, thorough, and punctual. I do not hesitate to recommend Carpet Cleaners of Toledo.

Every thing looked good and smelled good. Doesn't take days to dry out either. His machine sucks, in a few hours you can walk on nearly dry carpets.

He provided an approximate time and arrived when expected. Cleaned rooms, rug and couch as expected. Clearly communicated up front he needed us to move all small furniture and nick-knacks prior to his arrival. Also he would not be able to move the larger items, which we agreed to. All in all, it was a very good value. My one quibble is that everything took longer than the 12 hours quoted to dry. That is the reason for the demerit on Quality. It was cleaned to our satisfaction, just a longer than expected dry time.

He told me that he would be there late in the afternoon, he called me as he was leaving his previous appointment, I was there ready for him, he left late like 7PM and the carpets were almost dry by 11PM when I came back to lock the house up. How easy!

He came out and was very thorough. He was polite and pleasant to work with. The carpet looks great! I have three shedding dog and he did a wonderful job! It was great.

Tony is prompt, professional and does a wonderful job. I won't even use anyone else.
