BMW of Toledo

It was good. We  went down there because we had been to the Toyota show and I was picking out which car I wanted. We decided that if I was going to get one, it was going to be a BMW Z4. We just drove down there just to see what they were like, to drive one. They didn't have the color I wanted or the interior I wanted. The salesman we were working with said, 'hold on just a minute, let me what is coming in on the truck.' The one that I wanted was on the truck; the color, interior and everything that I would want. The salesman was really good about double checking what it would take to get what I wanted. We never had an issue with service with them. They would give us a loaner car when we would have to take it in. They were good.

When the engine blew up in my 2007 Mini Cooper, I had it taken to Yark BMW for repair. I had purchased the car from Yark's used car center (another issue there but that's not the topic of this review) and since BMW repair facilities are allowed to work on Mini Coopers, it made sense. Luckily , I had purchased the extended warrenty on the car (good advice when buying a used car) but when Yark contacted them regarding replacing the engine, the company balked saying I had run the car without oil. The team at Yark really went to bat for me and sent enough documentation and proof that there was oil in the car when it arrived at the shop that they were able to convince the warrenty company to replace the engine. Once the engine was delivered, it was quickly installed and the car has run like a top since. Also, the folks at Yark BMW went out of their way to provide me a loaner car and kept me informed throughout the entire process -- except for the fight they were having with the warrenty folks. They kept that to themselves, handling it without telling me about the difficulty they were having in an effort to keep me from worrying about getting my car repaired.
I have some other issues with Yark Automotive but NOT with the folks at their BMW shop who did a great job on my behalf.

Yark BMW is very professional and friendly. Competitive prices for oil changes. Highly recommended.

The service was very good and I would absolutely use them again.

I have just ordered some parts this morning through e-mail. I will it up probably tomorrow or the day after. They are good. We got several cars in my house, so something is always under warranty. I work on a lot of cars so I buy a lot of parts there.
