I am very disappointed in the way things were handled. I was expressing my concerns about my yard, and one of the men I spoke to on the phone DID NOT hear me out and hanged up on me.

They were very knowledgeable. They came out and gave their recomendations and cost estimate. Very courteous and professional. The application professional even greeted me by name. We are using several applications.

They take care of my lawn. Three or four times a year they weed control and stuff like that. They’re excellent. I pay them yearly, so they come out whenever the weed stuff needs to be done. I don’t never have to pay them because I pay them up front. If you pay the total amount and they give you like 4 applications; spring, summer, middle of the summer and then fall. They’ve been doing it for years and an “A” would be for everything, they are really good. I’ve had them for about 30 years.

NOT MUCH TO SAY. THEY CAME DID THEY DID THEIR WORK AND LEFT.

Treatments are fine so far. Had a problem (not their fault); and yet, they have offered to assist me with problem at no extra charge. Very pleased!

The service is rendered over a number of months. It has been excellent overall.

I have used Black Diamond for 20-25 years. I am satisfied with them.

John came to my house within 3 - 4 days after my initial call to survey my request and offer suggestions. Within less than one week, I received a written estimate in the mail, detailing the project -- i.e., the quote was itemized, in case I wanted to pick and choose what I wanted done this summer vs. at another time. I've worked with John before, and he's extremely professional and offers guidance, especially appreciated since I know little about landscaping. His crew ended up working one of the hottest weeks of summer, and were very neat and professional. I went outside to talk with them 3 - 4 times, and they took direction / questions very well. The end result was exceptional, with neighbors dropping over for about a month, asking me who had done the work. Very pleased with project.
I agree with another review in that Black Diamond is a bit high on their estimates; however, their work is always done in short order and ends well.

They give free estimates. Their price is a bit high but the quality of their work is decent. They don't bother you. They just come out and do their things whether you're home or not.

They are responsive. There was one guy that was pulling a hose through my flowers. I called them, and they said he's been with them for a long time. The next time they came out, he said that won't damage my flowers.

They were professional and punctual. I thought they were responsive. The price was reasonable.

They do what they are supposed to do and we will use them every year and will continue in the future.

The whole process was rather quick.

I have been using them for a few years and am happy with their services. They do what they say that they are going to do, and when they say that they will do it. We will continue to use them.

They call before they come out. They come out do the necessary work and do a good job. We have one of the nicer lawns in the neighborhood. We have been using them for several years.

I've had some problems with my lawn this year and I'm not really sure where it came from. I asked them to come out and evaluate and tell me what to do about my lawn. They weren't very helpful and so I am going to try and find a different lawn service for next year. That should be their job - to come out and retreat the yard if it needs it. They were ok the past couple of years but they've declined.

They are very good and their service is good. I will use them again in the future.

We were extremely pleased with their service. Their treatments were timely and apparently successful because our lawn looked great and was weed free. Earlier this summer we moved out of their service area or we would still be using them.

I've used them for several years and I've never had grub issues. Everyone around has all dead lawns because the grubs have eaten the grass. It was cheaper to have them do it than to go buy it ourselves. They have a super nice greenhouse. They are definitely prompt and they just leave the bill on the door and wait for me to pay.
