BETSY'S BASICS LLC

We were frequently disappointed.  When new owners took over there was no feedback form provided which made it difficult for us to communicate our concerns.  On numerous occasions one of the toilets was completely overlooked and after every visit, my laminate floors looked like someone had taken a dirty rage and simply wiped them down.  They looked worse than before they came.

We had two ladies spend about 1:30 cleaning the entire home. Once they started the moved quickly and thoroughly throughout the home. They did a nice job and followed several special cleaning requests. Overall, a very good job. We have been using this service for over 6 months.

I have used Betsy's Basics for years now and have always been satisfied with their service.  Betsy is very customer service oriented and very responsive to any cleaning needs.  I will continue to use them on a bi-weekly basis.

I didn't like them. The girls were pleasant and they worked well, but the very things I hired them for were not done. They didn't touch anything that was above eye level. Overall, the experience, and price were average. The quality of work was poor. What they did do, they did well, but they didn't do what I needed done. They didn't even ask me what I wanted done. The owner sets up what they do, which was not what I needed done. I am in a wheelchair and needed them to do the things I am not able to do. I would not use them again.

I am fairly happy but they have not always shown up on time. Sometimes they come about 20 minutes early which presents a problem when you have an 88-year-old woman living with you. I have used them for about 3 years and will use them again in the future.

I am generally not home when they clean but they always leave the house properly secured after they are done.  They do the whole house and do a thorough job.  On the occasions when I have been home, they are friendly and courteous and really very pleasant people.

Everything went well.  They were punctual and friendly.

Betsy's crew cleans my large home on an ongoing basis, once every 2 weeks. They show up on time, are pleasant, do a good job, and don't steal anything. What more could one want from a cleaning crew? Additionally, Betsy has always been accomodating when we've had special requests (schedule changes or cleaning items out of the routine), and the crew always uses the cleaning products we ask them to, and remembers to use those items on subsequent cleanings. In the past, I've had other cleaning folks (not Betsy's crew) be mean to my wife, ask me for a loan, take my things, etc., and prior to Betsy's crew, I've never felt comfortable having anyone come back more than once or twice before problems show up. Thank goodness for Betsy!

She did a great job. She was prompt and her price was more than reasonable for the work done. I would definitely use her again.

Betsy's Basics sent three cleaners to the house. They did a good job. The house smelled and looked great after they left. They were very fast. They were thorough. I would use them again.
