MoreWe chose this company (even though their quote was higher than others) because of their sales pitch about how customer are their top priority, how they custom make the parts just for your bath, You don't pay until your 100% satisfied, they don't use contractors.......Well none of that is true. We didn't get what we were sold, they cut the parts in the street in front of our house, The man who did the installation was a contractor. When they found out we were unhappy with the job and didn't want to pay yet, their first reaction was they were going to sue us, put a lien on our home, ruin our credit. Never once did they try to work things out with us. DO NOT use this company!

I had seen a demo at a business fair and then saw they were guaranteed by Good Housekeeping.
They came and measured my tub and after a couple of weeks the tub was ready.  They were very
prompt and left the premises clean.  The tub is beautiful and well worth the expense.  It would have
cost 3 times the money to  put in a new tub, surround and floor when all I wanted was a tub that
was not peeling.
