He did a good job and my tenant was pretty happy. He came promptly either the next day or the day after.

Everything was perfectly done. Not an single crack, blemish or seam can be seen. The fan works wonderfully. I used Dan earlier for a simpler job--just a new outlet--but he put it in a place I hadn't considered and made our lives easier because of it. Additionally, as a long-time resident of a historical neighborhood (the Old West End, in Toledo), Dan knows old houses and old electrical systems.
Description of Work: Dan installed a bathroom exhaust fan in a 100 year old house. To do so, he had to cut into old tile (for the switch), old plaster (for the fan) and old stucco (for the vent). Of course, he also had to run the wires and the exhaust through the walls into the attic. In addition, Dan went shopping for all the materials himself.
