He did a good job and my tenant was pretty happy. He came promptly either the next day or the day after.

Everything was perfectly done. Not an single crack, blemish or seam can be seen. The fan works wonderfully. I used Dan earlier for a simpler job--just a new outlet--but he put it in a place I hadn't considered and made our lives easier because of it. Additionally, as a long-time resident of a historical neighborhood (the Old West End, in Toledo), Dan knows old houses and old electrical systems.
