The job that this contractor Andy and Brandi Patton did was not done to the spec's of the contract.
There was no rebar put in the footer.
The slab post to be 6inch thick which was in the contract but was only 4inch.
After looking at the cement that was poured I notice no fiber in it.
This slab was post to be 22'x36' and was measured incorrectly therefore had to be cut to size by cutting tool in which gave it a bad look on the sides, it was also uneven not level in which caused a problem when erecting a garage on it.
I paid for cutting which was not done.
Because of the height of the slab at the back to level they didn't put wood retainer around to hold the cement in but push dirt up to height of 1foot and concrete was s*** out everywhere therefore giving the sides a bad look in which cost more to repair.
When I last saw them the contractors said they would repair the slab but after many
phone calls and voice mails they never returned my calls.
I supplied the gravel, rebar and mesh, Visqueen vapor barrier also used my tractor to move stone to the area to save cost to them to receive such a poor job.
Very disappointed at the out come of this job for the money I paid to have it done.
