Called Advantage on the recommendation of a neighbor. Got same day service for the diagnosis and repair with a new part the next day. Very fair price. While he was here I asked a couple questions about whether to fix or repair our underperforming dishwasher. He took a look and quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave the go ahead to order the part and repair. Then the ball sort of got dropped by us both and it took a call the beginning of Nov. to get things going again. But success, the dishwasher was repaired, again at a very reasonable price for the part and work done.

Max came when he said he would. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He was pleasant and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. He had to leave to get a part but returned in a timely manner and finished the job.
