ABC Has moved me 3 times now and all have been excellent. From the estimate to the move has made each transition so easy for me and my family. Thank you for your professionalism ABC!

The guys were very good but the company wasn't dependable they said they would would be there no later than 11am we tried calling every number with no avail. We finially got some friends to help us move the beds and then we got a call at 345pm saying they were on the way. They charged me full amount and they were not there the full time I was charged for. I feel they really took advantage of a senior citizen especially when we sat and waited all day for them. Plus my son lost his wages for 8 hrs at time and a half because of them saying they would be there in the morning.

Nice friendly gentleman. Did a great job.

The experience was beyond miserable. What was supposed to be a two day move, Thursday/Friday, was extended over the weekend because it was "too hot" to unload. This meant that my family slept on the floor for the weekend, with bedding and air mattresses purchased by us at the last minute (at our expense, of course!). There was a great deal of damage as well, including damaged furniture and crushed boxes. When Richard (the owner) was contacted, he was aggressive and disrespectful.

They were here in January of 2016.  It cost $8300. 

*The packers missed 6 boxes of stuff (the trucker and loaders found it)
*The packers made a lot of MESS on the floor. It was Dec and they did NOT clean their shoes and did NOT have floor coverings where they walked.
*The price was good and fixed, so I went with them.
*Also, we bought the $0 deductible Atlas insurance\
*Several items were damaged during the move.
*Atlas claims was GREAT. They paid the full damages, no questions asked (total was less than $500).
*We would not use ABC Movers again
*We would use Atlas again

They came to the house, dumped off our household goods all over the place and left.  Wasn't there and don't think they had any intention of helping put things away like we paid for.  I wasn't going to submit this review, but I'm sick and tired of being nagged about not doing it.  Multiple phone calls and emails.

Arrived two hours late. Had failed to inform us that payment was cash only.

Met with Rick Studevant (who answered his phone late on a Saturday night - I was expecting to leave a message). He came over to my home the following Monday or Tuesday and did an in-house inventory and assessment. He was on time for our meeting, exceptionally professional, low key and no bull. He gave me a business card and anytime I needed information and called, I got it promptly. I didn't initially go with him, but ended up going back to him and booking the move after getting ripped off by an online mover (Neighbors, based out of FL - DO NOT BOOK WITH NEIGHBORS; they lied about everything, took a deposit [more on that later] and subcontracted my move after expressly stating they NEVER subcontract, to ABLE movers in Chicago, another company to DEFINITELY AVOID) . Mr. Sturdevant told me that legitimate professional moving companies DO NOT REQUIRE DEPOSITS, and that you pay in full upon completion of service. His company contracts with Atlas and he told me that up front. The movers were very professional on both ends. I moved approximately 160 small - to - medium boxes, a studio piano, piano bench, set of drums, hardware and seat, two cd towers, an ironing board, keyboard, total gym, armchair, floorlamp, two folding shelf units 652 miles from Toledo, OH to Greenport, NY. I would definitely book a move with ABC Movers again. Rick and his staff are friendly, professional and very good at what they do.
