+ -1 moreThe gentlemen that delivered the appliances were very polite and did the best they could - they were very careful not to bump or scratch furniture.
Description of Work: They delivered appliances after many phone calls as to when they could deliver. We were told they would install both appliances. We were told that all appliances would be hooked up yet they told us they could not hook up stove - we had to pay extra for that. When my daughter contacted the owner to set up a date to delivery he swore on the phone about his lousy staff. Very unprofessional. I would not reccomend this place.

+ -1 moreI had another company give an estimate, and it was too high, so I called AA and he came out the next day, assessed the problem, and fixed it that day. Though his price was less the the competitor's, he only replaced one part (the other guy wanted to replace several parts "just to be sure"). So it's hard to compare prices apples-to-apples, but I'd hire him again. He seemed extremely competent and he was friendly and professional.
Description of Work: Replaced defrost heater in refrigerator.
