About us
JNB Home Construction LLC is an Ohio corporation, owned by Jerry and Mary Ann Borchers. We specialize in residential construction, including complete remodeling and design services. The history of our company began in the winter of 1956, when Jerry Borchers began helping his father build homes in Vandalia, Ohio. He worked in almost every phase of the residential and light commercial building business. In addition, Jerry spent many years in the manufacturing and supply of building components in which he supplied some of the larger and most successful builders and developers in the midwest. It is with this experience and vast amount of knowledge of the residential building industry that JNB Home Construction is founded. At JNB Home Construction, we believe it is very important to sit down with the prospective customer to determine their individual needs. The building plans can then be discussed and revised to fit each family's specific needs. We offer this same service for new plans or plans that have been built in the past. The building plans can be altered and built again at a reasonable price. Our goal is to build a quality home at a reasonable price without compromising the livability or quality. Whether you are looking to build a new home, replace a single interior door, remodel a bath or kitchen, we are confident that you will find working with JNB Home Construction a pleasant and rewarding experience. "The roofing installed was per specs at a very competitive price! as for my response time it was very had to communicate with Randy as he is handy capped and sleeps very late in the day, in other words he does not become available in a timely manor. As far as the electric work goes in the conduit it was a after thought. In closing I will not do another contact for this client ! Jerry N Borchers"
