HomeTeam were very responsive and thorough with their whole-home inspection. For a 1500 SQFT home their inspection took roughly 90-minutes and provided a very detailed report the following day, approximately 24-hours later. My wife and I were both present for the inspection and they took the time to walk the property with us and point out all the items they discovered. There were two members of their team on-site; one had a mechanical background the other had a general background in home inspections. They provided an honest, unbiased report along with comments during the inspection regarding areas they were not thoroughly versed in but knew enough that it was an item requiring a professionals opinion specifically for electrical/plumbing work. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, therefore I provided the grade of "B" for price.
Description of Work: Provided a whole-home inspection for a single-story, ranch home built in 1965. Additionally, provided termite/insect inspection and radon testing.
