Hoffs Appliance was fabulous!  He was able to help me on the same day that I called.  He told me a time he could be there.  Not a between these time, but an actual time! He came in and immediately knew the problem.  He said we could continue with what we had, but it would eventually need replaced.  After making my decision to replace the part, he left to purchase the needed part and returned within an hour to replace it.  He was cordial, professional, and friendly.  I would highly recommend him.  His prices are very reasonable.

I called in the morning. He came that afternoon. He had a replacement belt with him. The repair only took 15-20 minutes. I am very pleased.

It was just a phone call that he returned. He told me that my appliance was beyond an economical repair. It was a good advice but he did not do any work. There was no estimate involved. He just had me check something and basically monitored it from his phone call. I did not have it repaired. He was very professional and very helpful. I called him because he was a local and he had good reviews.

He determined that the bearings were bad and that it would be cheaper to buy an new washer than repair it. He was kind, soft spoken, honest and fair when it came to the time he took.

I am very happy with the service that I received.

Honesty has always been a very large part of why I decide to use someone and Hoff s fits the bill. They came out to my home because my dryer wasn t working and after taking the time out to look and see what was wrong with it, they told me to replace it instead. They could have just as easily charged me for the service call and to fix the thing but they didn t. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and their friendly support.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS TO OUR CHILDREN. IT DID NOT TAKE HIM VERY LONG AT ALL TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR THE PROBLEM. HE WAS PROBABLY NOT EVEN AT OUR PLACE FOR AN HOUR.
