Very sweet lady, and she calculated the value in the range I was thinking, but she missed a lot of things in my home that may have given me a better outcome. Her report also had a LOT of typos and misspellings, something I find really unprofessional, and makes me question her appraising abilities. I received the appraisal a day later than promised. On the plus side she was $25-$50 less than the other 2 appraisers I contacted, and she was able to get the complete appraisal back to me in half the time of the other 2. I got what I wanted, but I will probably choose someone else in the future.
