Servpro of Huron & East Seneca Counties

I found the ServPro organization through Angie's List -- a national company with a history of good ratings.  I located the local ServPro franchise for our area.  Within minutes of having contacted ServPro of Huron and Eastern Seneca Counties, the owner, James Gao of Gao Restorations, LLC dba ServPro of Huron and Eastern Seneca Counties, went into action to respond to our emergency.  The ServPro company and crew were on the scene within a very short time to assess the damage and determine what equipment was needed immediately and throughout the job, and got to work right away.  We found the company and its owner and staff to be very professional, very efficient, very knowledgeable and skilled.  They did an excellent job of analyzing and documenting the loss, including photographs.  And they did an excellent job of removing the water, drying the structure and applying various products to disinfect the basement and prevent further microbial growth.  They also repainted where the water had "bubbled" the paint on the floor and walls.  

Mr. Gao and ServPro worked very closely and effectively with our insurance company throughout the process, which made everything easier for us.  

Of special note is the fact that Mr. Gao and his team performed a number of courtesy services for us for which they did not charge: specifically, they cleaned a few other areas of the property that the vacated tenant had left trash, debris and dirt without charge as a courtesy, and helped us move some debris and trash out of the property.   Again, their "can-do" attitude and amazing customer service attitude helped to mitigate the stress and trauma of the situation and made this very stressful situation bearable and tolerable.  We are very pleased and grateful that we chose ServPro of Huron and Eastern Seneca Counties to help us clean up this awful mess to our complete satisfaction.
