They bend over backwards to take care of you and their animal hospital is state of the art. Their prices are higher than average.

The provider is very good, friendly, people-person type person and makes your animals comfortable. They make the animals comfortable before examinations.

It went great. Usually with parvo dogs have little chance of survival and they made sure they didn't give us false hope. But our puppy pulled through and was back home a week later. We called 2-3 times a day and they were always friendly and most of the time the vet himself would get on the phone to update us. I plan on taking him back for all future visits.

We took Murphy to see Dr.Brad . He is very good with pets and took the time to like the pet feel at ease. He gave my dog a couple treats which he never turns down. And then he got down and looked his foot over by feel and smell. My dog ended up with a yeast infection and he prescribed meds and gave him a injection with antibiotics and told me if I didn't see a improvement in 2 days to bring him back. But we didn't had to . He improved a lot by the next day and progressively healed it up. I 'm very happy with everything that to place and it made my big boy a happy boy. He's the vet to go to for expert card.

My 14 yr. dog had enlarge spleen and needed to be removed. Most vets would put him down ,but dr. Burger and I consulted ,and it was a clean removal. My dog came out of it better than a younger dog would have and I got him back the next day with instructions to call if anything came up and they would be there at the clinic to help me. He is alive and happy and I am grateful for all they did. And they were willing to help in the payment part of it ,if there was a problem .But was not needed. It was so affordable.
They also have grooming which is great to because I have a big dog that most groomers wouldn't handle. They also give discount for referrals and they support the Seneca cty aspca by doing a pet of the week picture on their facebook page.
