The installation was professional and completed on time. I was very impressed with Mansfield Services LLC. My water heater died on Sunday and Mansfield Services installed a new one on Monday (a different brand - Bradford White, which has high ratings. The price was reasonable.

Billy did a great job, was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend him!

I just have to say this is most definitely the company You want to go with. I had several plumbers out here and they weren’t able to help me out with the results I needed. I have lived here for 30 years. Was never told I need to change my system out from being in the house to being outside in the ground. I have never had this much water pressure in the whole time. I have lived here. It is so enjoyable to take a shower with a ton of water pressure. Billy is amazing. He went up and beyond to help me out. I cannot say enough he will be my plumber and well guy for the rest of my life. Such a great guy and did a fantastic job.

Highly recommend. He squeezed me into his schedule due to me losing 300 gallons of water a day. Two other plumbers couldn't get me scheduled for a week or two. It only took him 30 minutes to fix the leak.

We purchased our home almost 3 years ago, and it has a well. Myself, being from a major metropolitan city in the south, I have never had a well, always city water! Dry skin, replacing toilets and always cleaning them, mineral stained showers and my blonde hair has turned to orange/ brown and breaking off. Had someone come out a few months ago and they wanted to sell us a huge treatment system costing around 7000.00. Needless to say, he left, no sell. After attending a ladies retreat with my church, Pataskala Grace, one of the ladies gave me his information and explained why WE should give him a call. My husband, arranged a consultation with him the next day. He came out determined that our water softener wasn’t working. He located the problem very quickly and was able to get our softener working for the first time since we purchased our home. No one else before went above and beyond to try to find out why, just wanted to sell a new one. . Also informed us our pressure tank had a leak and wasn’t functioning correctly. He ordered the part and returned the next day and fixed our problem! 🙌🏼 Didn’t pressure us into purchasing anything more or over sell. Very informative and let us know what else we could do, down the road, if we wanted to! Praise God🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 The water that comes out now is like Lotion Water. My skin is now super soft and hair feels conditioned and clean and there was so many suds!!! I’ve never been so happy to wash all the clothes in the house or clean the bathrooms!
