A Mobile TV Shop

This is a mobile TV repair company they come to your home. When I called to have them come out and asked about basic costs for a service call to repair an older TV the owner was condescending and rude. My husband had some idea what is wrong with the set (he has been in electronics for over 25 years and he doesn?t want to fix it) and I told Tim what my husband's thoughts were. He called my husband and idiot and proceeded with an arrogant rant about amateurs. I was really taken back ? I had been very professional and nice. Still I wanted the set fixed (I really like it), so I said I was interested in having them come and look at my TV and I understood how much it would cost. I understood there was not guarantee and that I would be out the $100. However, I said that I was concerned about his attitude. I asked if this was a job he wanted and asked why he was being very rude to me. He said he could not be responsible for what I thought was wrong with the TV. I said thank you and I would look elsewhere. I called them because the TV is large and they would come to me. In addition, their yellow page indicates won awards, but on closer inspection, that was in 1976! Say away from this person ? they do not have basic people skills even when given a second chance. From what he said, it appeared to me he likes to set you up so that if he fails, they he is not responsible. Anyone this rude doesn?t deserve your business. I guess I have to by the monster rather than paying the repair monster!
