They did a good job. Boundaries well marked.

They were the only company to return my call. They gave me a 2-3 week time frame. They arrived within that time frame, completed the survey as requested and I had a copy of the survey in a couple of days.

Everything went great!

Everything went extremely well. On the phone, I dealt with Tim King. He gave me a quote that was amazingly lower than the other two quotes I received. I asked him why his quote was so much lower and he gave a very satisfactory answer. I was disappointed that the other companies had not done their homework as well as Mr. King had. Arrangements were made; a crew of two came out; the survey was completed; they came again in a couple of weeks to take a couple of additional measurements required by the county; I received the final documents and took them to my attorney. She said that everything passed at the county level and I now have my new deed. I couldn't be more pleased!

They did what they agreed to do on time and within budget.  The survey was accurate and served its purpose well.

We didn't find the company on Angie's List.  We used them for a housing project.  I think our architects recommended them.  They did two different things.  We purchased an additional few feet of land to be able to do a home addition.  They surveyed our current existing land and they also surveyed the piece we were going to add to our property and helped provide the legal documentation we needed to submit to the county.  I can't remember how much we spent for their services.  I don't really know an alternative on their pricing.  They were fantastic on responsiveness.
