LITTLE MIAMI LANDSCAPE

After the landscapers came out to install the 6 pinetrees they assured us that if we had any problems with them they would come out and replace anything we needed. Well, 3 out of the 6 pinetrees turned completly brown after not even 30 days and we told them about it. The owner told us he would come out by the end of the summer and replace it. He never showed or called us back. We tried many times, but he totally ignored all our attempts to contact him. Finally we ran into him and he apologized and said he would call me in 2 weeks to let me know when he would come out. He did it again, he didnt call, didnt call me back. That was in March 2011. Now i am really upset with this costumer service and the way we were treated. I would never recommend them just for that reason, we spend a lot of money and didnt get anything for it. I could have done it myself cheaper in the end. No matter how hard the buisness is and how difficult it has been the last 2 years but a phonecall is free and there is no excuse.

They were not too professional. They arrived on time. They completed within the time frame given.
