This is a well designed, user friendly store, clean and organized which many, many of the other reuplhostering fabric stores can not say. Western Reserve Decorator Fabrics lives exceeds their modest reputation. And we drove 45 minutes to go because we could not find an outlet we were happy with closer by. But beyond the well-organized shop making viewing fabric samples simple and comfortable, their help really helps. Raphael offered his assistance in a very earnest way, in fact he researched materials we were interested in and emailed us the information regarding these before arranging samples to be mailed to us. So the customer service Western Reserve Decorator Fabrics makes it possible to easily order a multitude of fabric choices that otherwise we would have never found.
