Started using Tails R Waggin using an Angie's List deal.  Have subsequently used them every opportunity since.

I love this place. I bring my 2 dogs, Romo (welsh corgi) and Morty (lab mix) to the Macedonia location. I travel quite a bit for work and, rather than having an in-home dog walker come visit, I drop them off at the kennel for a visit. They get so excited whenever they realize we are heading to "camp". They make a beeline right for the door and run out and start playing. I was apprehensive about leaving them anywhere (Morty was a new puppy and Romo recently lost his housemate) but they have cameras set up so I could watch them from my phone or computer. They also don't mind if you call and check in. The rates are very reasonable and the staff is excellent with the dogs. They will provide you with a summary of the visit when they stay overnight (not sure if they do that for daycare), will throw in a free bath if they have to stay for 5 days and offer other services as reasonable prices (grooming, nail trimming, etc.). The main reason I like this place is how happy they are when they see they're at camp and how tired my dogs are when they leave. I know they also have a small dog area where dogs 20 pounds and under visit. If you're nervous about how your dog will fit in, I would recommend a trial visit in the middle of the week. Watch the cameras, see how they interact and call a million times if you need to. We all have done it :).

Wonderfully! Be sure to label everything. They follow schedules and also send home "report cards". I was frantic when getting everything ready for her last stay, and forgot Maddie's nylabone. The staff was kind enough to purchase one for me and add it to my bill. There was also a mishap between her bed and another pup. They replaced it instantly.

We have taken our dog here several times and have had no problems. He gets very excited to go in the car after his visits so he must like it there. I like how there are video cameras; it makes me feel safer than no one is mistreating the dogs. He was nervous on his very first visit since some of the larger dogs were a little too interested in him, and the girls handled it very well. They put him in a smaller area with some smaller dogs until he was comfortable enough to go back into the larger area. The people working there seem to treat the dogs very well, gentle but firm. The area seem large, clean, and cool in the summer. I'd recommend my friends and family to board their dogs here.

I went very well. My two dogs seems to have fun there.

It was very good. I just like the way she grooms the dog. They are very friendly.

I have become a regular there ....these are our family members and the fact that we have now used TRW 4 times and will continue to use them in the future says all that needs to be said about my trusting my two Dogs in their care.
The last time we used them we were gone for almost  2 weeks ...our pets came home safe and healthy along with a standard report of their day to day activity ...from playing to what and how much they ate ... We also use the grooming service when we board our dogs and I have high praise for this service as well,. 
True pros who LOVE Dogs ...I love how each dog must be evaluated ...( sure your dogs are great , but knowing that all the other dogs have als been screened is an additional comfort  ) 
Online access to view your dogs while you are away is also a great comfort ...you will also note how much attention and how clean the staff keeps the area while popping in for a online view. 
there are so many little details that I could go on and on about ....simply know that we have full faith in their service and love of all dogs and that we are a repeat customer whom will not go anywhere else for the care of our furry family members,

We had to do a pre-boarding audition and leave the dog there to play for several hours. This was a bit of a pain since we don't live in Tallmadge, and they made us do it on a weekday morning. Basically one of us had to get to work late and leave early to make that work, which was frustrating. But presumably we don't have go through that in the future, so a minor inconvenience for a boarding experience we feel comfortable with.
We couldn't get their online camera to work on our iPhones, but we got written notes when we picked him up detailing all the friends he'd played with. And they were totally understanding when our flight was delayed and he had to stay an extra day.
Obviously we can't ask our dog what grade to give TRW, but based on our interactions with them and the tired, happy pup we got back, we're giving them an A report card.

When we used them a second time our dog was thrilled to be back and couldn't wait to run with her friends

We dropped off our girl after she passed a free, all-day temperament test to make sure that she would be social with other dogs. I was impressed by TRW from the very beginning, as their paperwork asks you to describe everything from your dog's favorite toy to her medical issues and her behaviors around dogs, kids, and adults. Our dog is nervous around other new dogs so we were nervous about how she'd do and we were grateful to have a temperament test ahead of time. But she did great!
The staff were organized, professional, and so very loving with our dog. When I called in to check on her (we had never left her in a kennel before), they talked about how much she liked to be held, which made me really know that she was getting lots of one-on-one attention. They have a separate area for small dogs, which helped our dog to -- for hte first time -- make pals with other dogs! We were so happy to have our dog socialized after seeing her struggle with meeting dogs on walks or in the dog park.
When I picked her up at the end of our four nights, the single best way that I could tell that TRW is the best place for my dog is that she was completely and totally herself. At other kennels I have seen dogs come home with a different personality -- more aggressive, more passive, or something else. But our girl was the same as always and very happy to see us.
Finally, I loved the little 'reports' that the loving TRW staff took time to write. Each day we could see what our dog was doing, who she played with (people and other dogs!), and whether she ate her food and her treats. I could see her regular at-home behaviors (loves snuggling) and new behaviors that showed that she was learning to be friendly with other dogs (she found a few regular pals that she spent a few days with!).
Our dog is safe and happy at TRW. We trust them and are grateful to have them.

I have become a regular customer and have used them about 25 times since. They have a full service and can do everything from grooming to taking care of the dogs.

They were very responsive. We love their service and we would not use anyone else. They gave us a report card about our dog and his behavior. This made us feel confident in the care that our dog was receiving. The facility is very nice and clean and well painted. They have a security system. They made sure our dog stayed active and that was nice as we have used other places that have not done this in the past.

Tails R Waggin is the best day care/kennel for the price that I have ever used.  They are reasonably priced at $30 per night, which includes the day care program for your dog, while many kennels double their charge for providing your pets the chance to play with the others.  My dogs are always happy to go and sleep for days after they get back from all the playing!  They provide the pet owners with a report card for every night of your pet's stay and they also give all pets who stay longer than 5 days a complimentary bath!  I have priced these services out with other kennels and I have found that it would cost nearly $500 for a week of care that includes these extras.  At Tails R Waggin, you are looking at $210 for the same services.  They make it even better by taking 50% off each additional dog.
I would recommend this company to any pet owner.  I feel that my dogs are safe and secure during their visit, and extremely happy!

We contacted TRW several weeks ahead because we wanted to tour the facility and possibly try them out ahead of time.  We were very pleased with how accomodating and responsive the staff were.  The have a website which explains a great deal ahead of time so some of our questions were already answered.  Prior to the date, they did require all the immunizations were up to date as well as the bordetella vaccine.  We were to provide the vet's name, address, and medical record verification. 
The next step was a 3-4 hour stay in the doggy day care as a trial run.  My understanding is that they do not take aggressive dogs and they separate the large dogs from the small ones.  Our dogs seemed to like it from the first time.  The staff is so kind and attentive to the pets.  We especially appreciate this as one of our dogs is completely blind and does has some anxiety in new surroundings, especially with other dogs.
They also have cameras in the common areas where the dogs are inside and we were able to access this on our ipad to check and see how the 'kids' were doing while we were away.  This allayed our fears tremendously.  Plus, we felt so much better know our babies were not locked up in a little wire cage all day which was big concern.  Since they stayed a certain length of time, they were also eligible for a free shampoo during their 'vacation.'
I have to say, I was extremely pleased with the entire service.  when we picked them up, they were bouncing and yipping and excited to see us but NO expressions of anxiety or depression.  They were healthy, no weight loss, and they returned to their normal routine without a hitch.  As  I observed them on the camera feed, I never saw them with a "tail down" which is how they normally respond to threats or anxiety.  I felt very confident in the care they were provided and the responsiveness of the staff to our needs. 
We even got a "report card" that showed us how they ate and told us of their  interactions and activities during their stay.

We dropped our dog off at 8:30 am on Saturday. We were greeted by the employee immediately. She was very friendly and kind. She collected the information regarding our dogs feeding schedule and any possessions brought in.
When we picked him up on Tuesday, We didn't have to announce our arrival. We were again greeted by an employee that called for our dog by name and brought him to the door. We received a daily report of our dog's activity and if he ate his dinner or treats.
He was well taken care of and I have no doubt about his care when I drop him off. I highly recommend Tails R Waggin to any dog owner. It is very reasonably priced for the amount of love and attention the dogs receive. I don't know why anyone would consider a kennel with service like this.

I've left my baby here twice, and I couldn't be happier with how they take care of him and watch him when I'm out of town! It's a vacation for him, and a great place for him to interact with other dogs. He can play all day and I'm reassured because I can watch him on a webcam, and I saw that he got personal attention from the staff daily! Highly recommended by me and my Bernese Mountain dog!
