He did EXCEPTIONAL. Within his review of the unit taken apart, he found a few items. One of the items was electronic portion. There were 2 wire problems with plugs. These were 2 damaged wires in a sensor. This area was not properly re-assembled. This was NOT his issue. This was MY issue. I review the area for problem. In short, I made this more of a problem! I then took the tv to him.
He was HONEST and PROFESSIONAL. Many other company's or vendors would have charged to replace all the parts, charge and take advantage of a customer.
I express his name to many in my area. Ken is a certified Electronic Technician. He is also a NESDA MEMBER.

When Ken received it, I described the problem and with a $25 deposit and within two days, Ken totally diagnosis the problem and called me. The only problem was the power supply and because he is able to rebuild the board, saved me a lot of money. Two days later, I was able to pick up my tv and receive a $25 deposit credit. I appreciate the no nonsense business and service Ken provided.

I sent my out-of-town mom and dad with directions to Ken's and a broken plasma tv in their trunk. Incredibly they came home 60 minutes later with a working tv. Amazing. Ken knew the problem immediately, fixed it on the spot, and the family is happy as ever. Really great service and helpful/friendly to my parents. Great job!

I have been using them for years and it is really good. I highly recommend them. They will charge $10 for an estimate if I take a VCR or a TV to them, but then if I get it fixed, they will take it off my bill. He has always been good about telling me whether it is worth fixing it or not. They have always fixed it in a timely manner, and their prices were always reasonable.

They provide a good service. The repair was done in a timely manner. We were very pleased, and we would go back there. We would recommend them.
