Description of Work: We took our TV in for repair. They diagnosed our problem and replaced the part (not sure if new or used). The man we dealt with gave us a timeframe of when to pick-up our tv and it was ready when he said. Everything worked great. Very friendly. Highly recommend!

 + -1 moreHe did EXCEPTIONAL. Within his review of the unit taken apart, he found a few items. One of the items was electronic portion. There were 2 wire problems with plugs. These were 2 damaged wires in a sensor. This area was not properly re-assembled. This was NOT his issue. This was MY issue. I review the area for problem. In short, I made this more of a problem! I then took the tv to him. He was HONEST and PROFESSIONAL. Many other company's or vendors would have charged to replace all the parts, charge and take advantage of a customer. I express his name to many in my area. Ken is a certified Electronic Technician. He is also a NESDA MEMBER.
Description of Work: I had an issue with a large 55" LG Plasma Telephone. I delivered the unit. He requested a $25.00 fee to review. Very professional in all portions of the review of the TV.

 + -1 moreWhen Ken received it, I described the problem and with a $25 deposit and within two days, Ken totally diagnosis the problem and called me. The only problem was the power supply and because he is able to rebuild the board, saved me a lot of money. Two days later, I was able to pick up my tv and receive a $25 deposit credit. I appreciate the no nonsense business and service Ken provided.
Description of Work: I have a 50" Phillips, 7 years old and the power supply began to give me problems by not letting me power up the tv. At first I was reluctant to transport such a large and heavy flat screen to Ken's shop and the possibility of doing additional damage during transport. Ken gave directions for laying the tv flat on its back with proper packing and it was good to transport. Ken's does offere in house service for $50. However, with the help of my nephew, we managed to load it in the truck and take it to the shop.

 + -1 moreI sent my out-of-town mom and dad with directions to Ken's and a broken plasma tv in their trunk. Incredibly they came home 60 minutes later with a working tv. Amazing. Ken knew the problem immediately, fixed it on the spot, and the family is happy as ever. Really great service and helpful/friendly to my parents. Great job!

 + 0 moreI have been using them for years and it is really good. I highly recommend them. They will charge $10 for an estimate if I take a VCR or a TV to them, but then if I get it fixed, they will take it off my bill. He has always been good about telling me whether it is worth fixing it or not. They have always fixed it in a timely manner, and their prices were always reasonable.
