great! reasonable estimate, actual price was in line with it, workers were prompt, work was solid. we also used them for a masonry project, and intend to use them to install all new windows throughout the house. At this point, we're pretty much going to use them for everything. Got their name from 2 coworkers, who have also used them, and been happy with the work

They were on time and work was completed as quoted.  Very professional and returned the next day to finish the painting.
I had previously used this company on two occasions.  Once to repair damage to ceiling due to leak from roof and once to replace the entire roof after hail damage.

It would have gone better had I not broken my leg-can'y stand on ladder, etc. They replaced windows that had been vandalized.
Then they repaced carpet which was ful of glass

 The workers came each day on time, explained what they were going to do that day, even helped  to hang some new outdoor lighting fixtures and repaired some water damage they found upon removing the old siding.  They also cleaned up the area after they were finished with the siding.

We were very pleased with the work they did.

They did a horrible job.  The job they did was fine but we had so much damage because they took so long to get out here.  I would never recommend them.  I would give them a very poor rating based on their response, service timeline and their communication as well.  We started contacting them in September 28, 2012 and they finally finished everything on April.  That took that long for a whole in our siding and we had water dripping down, we have leaks we have to care of.  I was really upset with them.  Some siding was ripped off and they said they came and closed it off but basically what happened was water kept getting in.  They did not seal it off and by the time they around to the work we had a huge problem because they left it open for three months in the winter.  Their pricing was reasonable.

We could not get anyone else to even come out and quote the work because the job was small. Kim Miller from J. Russell was very nice. They are very responsive and professional. The work was performed well before the promised completion date. We could not be more pleased. We would definitely use them again.
