Todd was recommended to me by a couple of family friends and against my better judgment, I hired him even though he was 3 weeks late with the estimate from the beginning and nearly had to beg for it! He gave me a 10-day estimate but so far it's been over a month and he promises to call to still securely attach the banister and I'm waiting. Todd is well intentioned, but doesn't do the job in a logical, step-by-step planned order. He didn't tape off woodwork and got paint on it in multiple places (even his new work), drop clothes were not used thus paint ended up on floor and woodwork in basement, he missed painted spots on walls, the skimming and resurfacing of the walls was not complete and substandard. He did however go above and beyond and do some extra work like laying a vinyl stick tile floor down, put up a light and pull up carpet, but that was only after I blasted him for being a NO CALL, NO SHOW (for the 3rd time). GM&M is unreliable, although nice and have a good price.
