Matt and his team were extraordinary! I cannot say enough... The price was great, but more importantly the customer service was something you just don't find these days. Personable, kind, respectful, you feel like you're working with family. In addition to upgrading our electric panel or breaker box, I wanted a bathroom light switch changed and he came back and replaced it at no charge. I asked for help replacing my new bathroom wall lights, and he took care of it. They were incredible! Matt and team will get all of my business from now on. I cannot thank them enough!!!

CNE Electrical Contractors were very easy to work with. Most of the the process was done via emails (except for the onsite site review). They were quick to schedule the work once I okayed the work. They were quick to get the work done. Would highly recommend them!!!

It was great. The owner called me to explain everything and schedule the project. The gentleman that came to my home were professional and explained everything they were doing. Once completed the new box is neat, clean and precise. I couldn't be happier.

I had Dimmer Switches placed in my Kitchen, along with two of my Master Bathrooms. Things went very well. The Contractor was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I gave this Organization a 5 out of 5 because I would highly recommend this organization to anyone.

Two men’s were send and had to hand dig the trench, which took over 6 hours, should have a trencher, and the job would have been much easier. But overall results were good, just took longer than expected.

"Thank you so much for taking the time to review and likewise for choosing us to complete the electrical project on your home. There is a very specific reason as to why we did not use a trencher on your job. We called Ohio Utility Protection Service last week on Wednesday as promised. OUPS came out to mark on Friday, within their 48 hour window and were unable to mark because Dominion Gas was doing an excavation at that time. OUPS called and stated that they would attempt to get back out on Monday, but having been in business a while now, we have learned not to bank on OUPS as they are very busy as well. We made the decision to hand dig your project out of the best interest for you and your underground utilities when Monday afternoon came and we had no confirmation of marking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and want you to know that this decision was made with highest regard of your home and greatest desire to treat your property as we would want ours to be treated. Please keep us in mind for any future electrical projects and want to express our gratitude for the ability and opportunity to serve you in this manner."

They installed a 120V outlet box for pond aerator. Existing power was approx. 80 ft away in shed. They trenched and set the outlet box on a 4x4 post. Project estimator and installer were professional. Communication as to when estimator and installer would arrive was excellent. Would use again.

Fantastic. The price to replace 2 30 Amp breakers/circuits with 1 50 Amp breaker/circuit was much lower than expected. The price to replace the entire panel, and gain a main disconnect breaker for future servicing was irresistibly affordable. I was entirely impressed with knowledge, work and professional demeanor. I will absolutely recommend CNE Electrical Contractors in the future, and would not hesitate to employ them again.

Blake returned my call that day for work that included installation of lights and outlets in basement, installation of a dedicated outlet in garage and troubleshooting some other issues. 4 days later the work started and after some initial changes a majority of the work was completed. Finished the job the following week with a half day of work. Called with an issue regarding a GFI switch. They were out the next day and determined that the issue was with the Christmas lights not the electrical wiring. Nick was polite, punctual, and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
