When they mowed, the yard looked great but upon closer examinations, they didn't trim the fenced area, had mower discharge blowing onto the vinyl fence and onto gravel area. This left green stain on white fence. Weeds are growing in gravel and now want MORE money to weed whip them down. Weeds are growing in sidewalk and still more money to weed whip this area. They were to pick up sticks but they just mow over them even those bigger than 1 inch. If it mows they leave it. I timed them several mowings and it was from 16 to 26 minutes from time they rollef up to departure. The excuses were dog poo in fenced area so only drove rider ( I have gone through area and picked up all I could find the night before they were to mow, but still hearing about the poo) they don't do flower beds so gravel areas got no attention $$$ ( this is NOT A FLOWER BED) , and sidewalks were not part of yard mowing. If you use them get a written contract detailing all areas they are to address. If you have issues, take pictures and demand Brian to come and go over details.

Excellent work and delivered on time.  Have contracted for full-time lawn service and some lawn repair work.
