Very well, Rudy advised me how to shut the ice maker off so it would not burn out. They came out right away to diagnose it. The part had to be ordered, which took awhile because it was in china! But once the part came in, they fixed it immediately.

Very well, I had to go on vacation and he helped me to shut it off while I would be away so there would be no "surprises" when I returned. He ordered the part, that piece took awhile because it was in china....but as soon as it came in, came over immediately to replace the part.

Defrosted the freezer and problem solved.

Explanation above---basically replaced ice maker--made second trip since it would not work--then sent someone else out to replace the computer chip that operates it--that service person noticed that the first guy had NOT plugged in the ice maker all the way.

Identified overheating problem within minutes and replaced part in a short period of time.  Technician was prompt and professional.

Got here on time. Assessed the problem quickly. Clean. Neat. Solved the problem. Left.

They did a good job... however, the older washer needed additional work and one dryer needed heating coils replaced.

It only took the tech about five minutes to repair and it now works great.

My 8 year old Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator was not cooling properly. The freezer was -40 f and the fridge was warm. The one good thing is that the Freezer was still making ice cubes.

I called on Tuesday and, since they were busy, got an appointment between 10 and noon on Saturday. The service call was to cost $49 for an estimate.Two repair men came at around 10:30 am. They did not introduce themselves and walked right passed me to the kitchen. I tried to explain the issue and got and quot;um hum, um humand quot;. The two men ripped my freezer apart including taking out the icemaker and allowing it to slam against the freezer wall. They used a hair dryer to defrost the freezer and fridge and cleared out the drain. Then they slammed everything back together and handed me a bill for $117. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I must say that the temperature in the freezer and fridge are okay now. However, the ice maker no longer works. It doesn't even try.

I waited two days, just to give it a chance but no ice. Then I noticed that there was a screw sticking out and a cover was loose. On Monday, I called and reported the ice maker issue. They offered another appointment on Thurs or Saturday. I chose Saturday between 10 and noon. At around 12:30 on Saturday, they called and asked if it was too late to come. I told them to come. Again, the two men came in, walked passed me to the kitchen. I explained the ice maker trouble, showed them the screw that by this time had fallen out, and reminded them of the ice maker slamming against the freezer. They made sure the ice maker was plugged in and put the loose screw back in and said to give it 24 hrs to make ice and they left. No charge.

By Monday (2 days later), no ice. I called again and the person who answered the phone went on about how busy they were and said they could come on Thursday before Noon. I said ok. I wasn't there when they came on Thursday but it was the same two guys. They went right to the freezer and checked some things. Pulled the frige away from the wall and checked something on the back. Before they left, they said that if they had to come out again they would have to replace a sensor board. But said to wait 24 hrs for the ice maker.

By Saturday, still no ice. I got on the internet and started looking at possible reasons for the issue. I found how to use jumper wires to test the ice maker and got it to run through one cycle. From what I can tell, the ice maker needs replaced. And, the sensor board that they wanted to replace, according to several web sites, are commonly replaced and do not need to be.

So three weeks and $117.00 later, my fridge and freezer are working okay but my ice maker is toast. I plan to buy a new ice maker and install it myself. I don't think I could do any worse.

Overall, the experience was fine.

Two guys came out, determined what was wrong within about 10 minutes. I had to give a downpayment to get the parts ordered ($100). They returned in a couple of days with the part and fixed it in about 15 minutes.

Very happy that our washer was repaired quickly and efficiently. Glad we did not have to replace it. The serviceman was prompt, reliable and took care of the problem within an hour.

Very well. We weren't in a hurry as we were still in the process of moving so we didn't mind waiting for the parts. As soon as they came in they were able to put it into the refrigerator. Nice people and good service.

Refrigerator freezer was not cooling. Repairman came out promptly when scheduled, gave me an estimate, and ordered the parts. Came back to install new part. Gave me a call ahead of time to tell me he was on his way, came promptly, installled the part correctly, and the problem was solved. I would recommend Advanced Appliance to anyone. Could NOT say the same thing about the Sears repair on their own fridge!

They are very responsive and professional. They do a good job. The work was good. My refrigerator freezes now, and my oven heats again.

The servicemen came the next day and diagnosed the problem correctly. My oven wouldn't work and they ordered the part and installed it on Christmas Eve, saving Christmas Day! They were courteous and very professional.

My experience with them was perfectly fine. They were punctual, nice, and did the job. The quality of the work was good. The total bill included the price of the parts. They were very courteous and punctual. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

It went well. They came when they said they would and were pleasant and professional. I thought the price for repairing the dishwasher was high since it only took one little clamp to repair it.

He was great. He called earlier and said if we were available he could come early--and did. He explained everything he did. Very happy with them..... Would definitely call them again.

It was fine, I would use them again. The stove glass was well done. I thought there price was reasonable and I was very pleased with their work. I would use them again in the future.
