VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE

The oil alarm sounded in our car without notice, and they were the closest auto service. They got us in immediately, explained the drain plug had not been tight, and checked to make sure no other fluid plugs were loose. The were very friendly,made small talk while they were working, and were not the typical large franchise employees. They seemed happy with their jpbs. We would definitely recommend them.

Very quick and very professional. I used the Location on Alexis. I have used it about 3 times for an oil change and they tell you what the manufacturer recommends done but aren't pushy about it. The cabin air filter was about 2 bucks more than an auto parts store, and if you have a coupon the oil change is reasonably priced. I would just make sure to keep a coupon in your car otherwise it was 35 bucks or so for the oil change but I pay for the convenience of it taking just 10 minutes and not having to wait in a waiting room. The same guy changed my oil all three times I visited over the course of nine months so that was nice to see a familiar face. clean shop and easy to get in and get out of.

I have been pretty happy with them and that's why I have been using them for six years. The same two guys usually changes my oil and they have a low turnover rate of employees compared to other oil change places. They give me a lot of coupons as well since I'm a frequent customer.
